Conceptual Framework of Centre's Educational Programmes
It is CMT's mission to up-grade knowledge
of present and future managers involved in business and non-profit sectors
helping them to function more efficiently in their organizations and in
a society.
CMT's educational programmes are based on the following premises:
- Assurance of a high academic standard of educational programs according
to requirements used by leading management schools;
- Openness of the Centre's Faculty and the Students to different management
theories and approaches as well as respect of different opinions and views;
- Maintenance of fully international character of the students'community
and the academic staff;
- Fostering the development of managerial qualifications necessary for
professional leadership in organizations.
The main objectives of the programmes are to develop skilled, knowledgeable
managers who can effectively meet multiple responsibilities of organisations.
